How To Retrieve "Binance Withdrawal Successful But not Received"

You can apply for self-service recovery of your deposited funds if the "Binance Withdrawal Successful But not Received".

What Transactions Are Eligible For Binance Self-Service Recovery?

- A Deposit Has Been Made To Your Account

Self-service recovery is only available for deposits made to your Binance account.

- A successful transaction is marked on the blockchain as "confirmed/successful"

Applications should only be submitted for confirmed/successful transactions on the blockchain. A transaction marked as "unconfirmed" or "failed" will not be able to be assisted by us. Examples of blockchain status are shown below. To check the transaction status with your TxID/TxHash, click here if the transaction is marked as "confirmed/success".

 

To check if the transaction has been completed/arrived, you may also look at the relevant withdrawal platform. Please contact the relevant platform if it shows as "unconfirmed" or "failed".

- The transaction doesn’t contain a tag or memo

You need to enter certain token names and blockchain token titles (such as BNB and BEP2) in order to deposit funds successfully. When entering tags, please verify that they are correct. In this case, you can apply for recovery here.

By entering the TxID/TxHash, you can check whether your transaction was recovered from the recovery.

 

- Some transactions are ineligible for self-service recovery, such as:

  • Withdrawal transactions

    • In the case that you have already withdrawn your funds from your Binance account due to the wrong withdrawal address, we are unable to help you.

  • Your account hasn't been credited (i.e., you deposited funds on another's account and they haven't been received);

  • In the case of the deposit address, the BNB Pioneer Burn Program does not support it;

  • Applicants on your behalf are applying.

- The transaction meets the conditions stated in the BNB Pioneer Burn Program

Your submission will be accepted if it meets all the conditions stated in the BNB Pioneer Burn Program. If not, your submission will be rejected. 

Please complete the self-service recovery application to retrieve your funds if your funds have not arrived after 1 hour. If your funds have not arrived after 1 hour, your transaction was eligible for self-service recovery.

1. Visit this link after logging into your Binance account. Complete the deposit form and click the "Submit" button.

Make sure the deposit address and TxID/TxHash you enter are accurate by copying and pasting them.

  • Coin

2. You can search for a coin by using the search function. If you want to avoid confusion, please enter the full ticker symbol for the coin (i.e., "sUSD" instead of "USD"). Click [Confirm] if you can't find the coin you deposited.

  • Deposit Network/Address

As shown on the blockchain page, fill in the address and network information. The deposit address can be found under the "to address" (on some blockchains it could be labeled "Destination address", "Receiver", and other similar descriptions).

  • Deposit Amount

    • Your deposit amount should be entered accurately.

    • A maximum of 8 decimal places is supported. Any further decimals can be omitted.

    • Separators should be removed.

  • TxID/TxHash

A Blockchain transactions are identified by TxID/TxHash numbers. Verify the TxID that you copied.

- Click [Submit] after you have confirmed your application details.

- You can then check the application status from [Application Records].

If additional information is needed for the application, please submit it. If you are finished, click [Submit].

The retrieval will be subject to a fee. When requesting funds, please provide the address to be retrieved and a tag or memo if one is required.

A video may also be needed to verify the deposit's authenticity. Record your video by following the instructions on the screen.

*If the deposit is an account balance returned from another platform, please provide records containing the TxID between yourself and that platform.
